Where We Ship

NOOKA currently ships worldwide. We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.

Shipping Times

All orders ship from our warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of order. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 13 business days of shipping, please contact us at info@bynooka.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
