Where We Ship

NOOKA currently ships within the United States only (all 50 states). We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.

Shipping Times

All orders ship from our US warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of order. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80. Orders under $80 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us at support@bynooka.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
