At NOOKA, we stand behind every kit we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@bynooka.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Once received, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • If your kit arrived damaged or with missing pieces, contact us immediately — we will send replacements at no cost, no return required

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please email support@bynooka.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send replacement pieces immediately at no cost to you.
